I ran year round in high school, but was never too dedicated. I tended to do better with the longer races than the quick ones. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

Finish a triathalon by the end of the year

Long-Term Running Goals:

Qualify and run in the Boston Marathon

Ironman Triathalon

Personal:

I graduated from Lone Peak High School in 2016, and then served a two year mission in Massachusetts and Connecticut. I had many wonderful experiences there. I am now a student at Snow College.

Back at it! Today in my swimming class we swam three quarters of a mile. My form was not too great, and I was beat by the end. It will take a few months to get back into good shape, but I am excited for it! I plan on swimming 3 times, running 3, and biking once a week for now.
